    Moving more of yourself

    More exercise, you probably know it's good for you. With just a little bit more, you can achieve a lot of health benefits! But how can you fit that into your busy schedule? You really don't have to change your life immediately.

    The answer is simple: sprinkle and sprinkle your daily activities with movement in a fun and challenging way that it becomes automatic. With specific alignment, you can prepare your body for larger, more primal movements such as squatting, hanging, lifting, jumping, rolling, throwing, catching during your work, as well as your walks, hobbies and sports.

    Here are a few time-saving tips:

    1. Wear minimalist footwear. You are already using 25% (!!!) more of your body by doing so.
    2. Leave chairs untouched from now on. Sit on top of a pillow (stack) on the floor. It will take some effort and adjustment at first, but you will notice that you are becoming more and more flexible and strong. Even so strong and flexible that you can sit without pillows on the floor and stand straight again without support from your hands or knees.

    Very important: Always take your time. Your enthusiasm is often greater than the adaptation rate of your tissues. For many unused cells, it's a marathon! This also requires a build-up.
