IEDEREEN LOOPT values your privacy. Although most information on this site is available without the need to provide personal data, it is possible that the user may be asked for personal information. This information will only be used in the context of our customer management. The user can, free of charge and on request, always oppose the use of his data for direct marketing. To do so, he will address himself to IEDEREEN LOOPT via e-mail: [email protected]. Your personal data will never be passed on to third parties, unless necessary for the performance of our services (e.g. delivery of your order).

Subject to proof of identity (copy of identity card), you can obtain written notification of your personal data free of charge by sending a written, dated and signed request to the name of the company, address, e-mail address. IEDEREEN LOOPT may collect anonymous or aggregated data of a non-personal nature, such as browser type or IP address, the operating programme you use or the domain name of the website via which you arrived at the IEDEREEN LOOPT website or via which you leave it. This enables us to permanently optimise the IEDEREEN LOOPT website for users.

Webshop software
Our webshop is developed with software from Lightspeed. Personal data that you make available to us for our services are shared with this party. Lightspeed has access to your data to provide us with (technical) support, they will never use your data for any other purpose. Based on the agreement we have with them, Lightspeed is obliged to take appropriate security measures. Lightspeed uses cookies to collect technical information relating to your use of the software, no personal data are collected and/or stored.
E-mail and mailing lists
We send our e-mail newsletters using Laposta and/or MailChimp. Laposta and/or MailChimp will never use your name and email address for their own purposes. At the bottom of every e-mail sent automatically via our website, you will see the 'unsubscribe' link. You will then no longer receive our newsletter. Your personal data will be stored securely by Laposta and/or MailChimp. Laposta and/or MailChimp use cookies and other internet technologies which provide insight into whether emails are opened and read. Laposta and/or MailChimp reserves the right to use your data for the further improvement of its services and, in this context, to share information with third parties.
We use Gmail's business service for our regular business e-mail traffic. This party has taken appropriate technical and organisational measures to prevent abuse, loss and corruption of your and our data as much as possible. Gmail does not have access to our inbox and we treat all our e-mail traffic confidentially.
Payment processors
To handle (part of) the payments in our web shop, we use the platform of Mollie. Mollie processes your name, address and place of residence and your payment details such as your bank account or credit card number. Mollie has taken appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data. Mollie reserves the right to use your data to further improve the service and, as part of this, share (anonymised) data with third parties. All the above safeguards regarding the protection of your personal data also apply to those parts of Mollie's services for which it engages third parties. Mollie will not retain your data longer than permitted under the statutory time limits.
Reviews
We collect reviews through the platform of WebwinkelKeur & Yotpo. If you leave a review via WebwinkelKeur or Yotpo, you are required to provide a name and e-mail address. WebwinkelKeur shares this data with us so that we can link the review to your order. WebwinkelKeur and Yotpo also publish your name on their own websites. In some cases, WebwinkelKeur or Yotpo may contact you to comment on your review. In the event that we invite you to leave a review, we share your name and email address with WebwinkelKeur & Yotpo. Shipping and logistics
When you place an order with us, our job is to get your parcel delivered to you. We use the services of GLS or DHL to carry out deliveries. This requires us to share your name, address and place of residence data with GLS or DHL. GLS or DHL uses this data only for the purpose of executing the agreement. In the event that GLS or DHL engages subcontractors, GLS or DHL will also make your data available to these parties.

We keep your data for as long as you are our client. This means that we will keep your client profile until you indicate that you no longer wish to use our services. Based on applicable administrative obligations, we are required to retain invoices containing your (personal) data, so we will retain this data for as long as the applicable term runs. However, employees no longer have access to your client profile and documents we have produced in response to your instructions.
