The Vibram Fivefingers V-Run (black/yellow) is especially made for the runner who is looking for the advantages of barefoot running, but needs a little more cushioning than the classic Fivefingers models. The sole is still thin, but that little extra cushioning gives you the confidence to gradually make the switch to barefoot running. The V-Run is therefore an ideal entry-level model for runners who have little experience with minimalist running.

The Vibram Fivefingers V-Run is the successor of the Bikila EVO. This new version has extra ventilation openings in the upper. These provide more breathability and therefore more comfort.

Sole composition:

The total thickness of the sole is 8.5mm. From outside to inside this is:

• 2.5mm rubber (Vibram XS Run)
• 4mm EVA
• 2mm insole
